Who we are

Our website address is: https://getfluxdash.com

This website is operated by Gurdeep Bangar, the developer of FluxDash.

What we collect

We do not collect personal data through FluxDash itself for usage tracking or telemetry. All hardware monitoring sensor data remains local to your device and is never transmitted to us. However, the software requires online licence activation and periodic validation, which communicates with our licensing service and may process information such as your licence key or activation token, product version, activation status, IP address, activation date/time, and a device identifier/hardware fingerprint for verification, management, and fraud prevention purposes.

When you visit our website, our web server may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and pages visited. This information is used for security, website maintenance, and to understand how visitors use our website.

With your consent, we also use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to collect information about how visitors interact with our website. This helps us improve our website, understand visitor behaviour and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

Payment processing

Purchases of paid FluxDash licences are processed through Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. Payment information, including billing details and payment card information, is collected and processed directly by Paddle. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Please refer to Paddle’s Privacy Policy for details of how they process your personal information.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible publicly in the context of your comment.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (such as videos, images, or articles). Embedded content behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the external website directly.

These external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking interaction if you are logged in to those services.
