FluxDash is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your hardware monitoring
data is processed entirely on your computer and is never transmitted to the
Licensor (FluxDash).

1. PRIVACY POLICY

1.1 Local Hardware Monitoring
-----------------------------
All hardware sensor information displayed by FluxDash is obtained locally from
your computer using LibreHardwareMonitor.
Hardware monitoring data, including temperatures, voltages, fan speeds, clock
frequencies, power usage, memory usage, storage information, and other sensor
data, remains on your device and is never transmitted to the Licensor.
1.2 No Tracking or Analytics

FluxDash does not:
* Track how you use the Software.
* Collect usage analytics.
* Display advertisements.
* Send telemetry or diagnostic information.
* Upload crash reports.
* Monitor files or applications running on your computer.
1.3 Licence Activation
----------------------
FluxDash requires online licence activation, including trial versions.
During activation and periodic licence validation, the Software communicates
securely with the licensing service to verify that your licence is valid.
Depending on the licensing platform, this process may involve the processing of
information necessary to validate your licence, including:
* Licence key or activation token.
* Product version.
* Activation status.
* Device identifier or hardware fingerprint (where applicable).
* IP address.
* Activation date and time.
This information is used solely for licence validation, fraud prevention, and
licence management.
1.4 Payment Processing

If you purchase FluxDash through Paddle.com, Paddle acts as the Merchant of
Record and is responsible for processing your payment.
Payment information, including billing details and payment card information, is
collected and processed directly by Paddle.
The Licensor does not receive or store your payment card details.
Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for details of how they process your
personal information.
1.5 Third-Party Software

FluxDash may optionally interact with third-party software installed by you.
Any third-party software operates under its own respective licence agreements
and privacy policies.

PawnIO (Optional Dependency)

Description:
Optional third-party kernel-mode hardware access driver.
Distribution:
Not included with FluxDash.
Installation:
Installed only at the express request and approval of the User.
Licence:
Subject to the licence terms and privacy policy provided by its respective
developer.
CoinGecko API
=============
Description:
Provides live cryptocurrency prices for Crypto Ticker widgets.
Data Usage:
Requests are limited to retrieving publicly available market data.
No hardware monitoring information is transmitted as part of these requests.

3. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
---------------------------------
The Licensor may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect
changes to the Software, legal requirements, or third-party services.
The latest version of this Privacy Policy will be included with the Software
and made available on the FluxDash website.
